It is no secret that the past few months have been difficult. One way or another, the COVID-19 outbreak has impacted us all. Of special concern are the vulnerable population, struggling business owners, and unemployed workers.
At Casanova Law, we are committed to keeping our clients safe while continuing to provide superior representation. To this end, we have continued to conduct consultations and client conferences, attend court hearings, review evidence, and prepare your case. Whenever possible, our consultations, conferences and hearings have been administered telephonically or electronically, in accordance with CDC recommendations. When necessary to meet in person, we have been practicing social distancing and wearing a mask.
Know that the transition to telephonic and electronic communications as the primary form of contact has not changed the way we handle your case, nor reduced our passion for justice. Much to the contrary, we firmly believe that during times of crisis, access to legal representation is more critical than ever. As lawyers, we are forever the guardians of your rights and the constitution, regardless of the surrounding circumstances.
In all matters, there is also a human perspective. In efforts to help the community during its greatest time of need, we have exercised flexibility on client payment plans. We have also increased our volunteer work for Americans for Immigrant Justice, a nonprofit organization.
Our community is built on resilience, generosity and hope. We are all in this together, and we will prevail. We wish you health, safety and peace of mind. If we can be of service in any way, or if you have questions about the status of your case, feel free to contact us at (561) 236-5340 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Rest assured that you are on our minds and in our hearts. We are here to serve you.
